What forms of payment are accepted?
Currently we accept credit/debit cards (no extra fees & all prices are tax included.), gift cards, cash, cashapp pay, Apple/Samsung/Google pay.
I’m underage, can I get a piercing?
We pierce earlobes as young as 6 years old. 13-14 years old can get basic cartilage piercings. 15-17 years old have much more piercing variety (no genital or dermal piercings). Proper identification for the minor and parent is required. Give us a call and we’ll let you know what paperwork we need!
If i’m under 18, can I get a tattoo?
Due to our insurance coverage and shop policy we only tattoo 18 years and older. We unfortunately cannot make exceptions even with parental consent.
Can I come as a walk in or is the shop by appointment?
At this time, we operate primarily by appointment. Appointments are preferred so we can prioritize each client as they come in. Your time is important and we want to make sure everyone has a great experience. However, if we do have walk in availability, our artists post walk-in times on their Instagram stories daily!
Can I bring someone to my appointment for moral support?
Absolutely! You’re always welcome to bring someone with you to your appointment. Due to the size of our artists rooms, we recommend only bringing one person with you, as anyone else may have to wait in the lobby or can hang out in our recently opened backyard!
Do you keep record of my paperwork or jewelry sizes?
Occasionally we are able to pull up your transaction history or previous paperwork. But, this is not always the case. We recommend emailing/texting yourself a receipt (for us to potentially be able to look you up in our system). We also require paperwork to be done every time you get a piercing or tattoo so always bring your ID!
