Im underage, can I get a piercing?
We pierce ear lobes as young as 6 years old. 13-14 year olds can get basic cartilage piercings. 15-17 year olds have much more piercing variety (no genital piercings or dermals!) Proper identification for the minor and parent is required. Give us a call and we’ll let you know what paperwork we need!
If I’m under 18 can I get tattoo?
Due to our insurance coverage and shop policy we only tattoo 18 years and older. We unfortunately cannot make exceptions even with parental consent.
Can I come as a walk in or is the shop by appointment?
At this time, we operate primarily by appointment. Appointments are preferred so we can prioritize each client as they come in. Your time is important and we want to make sure everyone has a great experience. However, if we do have availability, our artists post walk-in times on their Instagram stories daily!
What forms of payment are accepted?
Currently we accept credit/debit cards (no extra fees & all prices are tax included), gift cards, cash, cash app pay, Apple/Samsung/Google pay.
Can I bring someone to my appointment for moral support?
Absolutely! You’re always welcome to bring someone with you to your appointment. Due to the size of our artists rooms, we recommend only bringing one person with you, as anyone else may have to wait in the lobby.
Do you keep a record of my paperwork or jewelry sizes?
Occasionally we are able to pull up your transaction history or previous paperwork with us. But this is not always the case. We recommend always emailing or texting yourself a receipt (it would be easier for us to help you look it up in our system). We also require paperwork to be done every time you get a piercing or tattoo so always bring your ID!
